When You Simplify Your DAWless Setup And You Make Much Better Music

Removed the MPC from my desk today. You know, just cos It's a massive ugly lump of a box next to my Elektons. But I didn't miss it. It sort of complicates my workflow and removing it has allowed me to focus in on just two boxes and it feels refreshing. Shall I sell it? 🤔

I think anyone that's been through the gas cycle a few times will agree that minimalism is definitely a path forward.. My problem is I'm stuck at the realisation that I perform/create better with limitations, but can't bring myself to decide which pieces to keep 🤣 part of me wishes I could go back 20 years to a time when we weren't spoiled for choices, and even if we were, I couldn't afford it.
