Maths mai 12 marks se meri 85 percentile aaye the maths chemistry mai 24 marks se 59 percentile aaye the chem mai Inka overall impact total percentile pr padta hai

I gave jee 2023
12th april shift 1(probably the hardest maths paper in all of the 2023 shifts)
Overall percentile-99.8
Maths percentile-99.9+(at only 58 marks in which 4 marks were bonus)
So you all can clearly understand that, even though chemistry gives high output for comparitively less input(i mean less hardwork), its basically same for everyone, that is everyone and anyone can score in chemistry, so basically scoring high in chemistry is not that influential in your percentile, as basically everyone scores in chemistry..
In short, maths is the deciding factor(proof is my score details that i gave above)
U cannot get good percentile without maths

Chem might be game changer...But maths is for top percentiler....If u want top percentiles you have to master maths...Atleast 50+ in the subject...

But bro i researched and also experimented and got to the result that these are subjest wise percentiles and total percentile is average all 3 percentile is the final percentile.
And it can also be proved by calculating average .
I got 95 + in physics and maths though i attended very less question in maths
But due to chemistry which was very low i couldn't qualify for advance in 2023

but if two people get same marks preference order for percentile is maths>phy>chem so if you score higher in maths along with total high youll have higher total percentile
