Coaches are usually gifted in teaching because they have an eye to see things in other people to help them grow in specific areas. That doesn't make them the greatest of all time all the time either just because they know what it looks/feels like. A good coach wants to make you better than they ever were because they know what it takes to get there after years of doing it. How many times have you asked someone, “Woah how did you do that?” and they just go idk I just did it. A great Coach not only shows you how to do something but to be able to feel it which leads you to be able to repeat it which then leads to getting results over time!

His routes are not good. He just runs around the field. His turns are not sharp and he doesn’t turn on his plant foot. I could go on and on. Just because he post videos doesn’t mean he is a good route runner. If the XFL didn’t draft him then you know he sucks!!!
