There is also a house next to the Gym in Rustboro City that trades a Ralts for a Seedot. That's probably easiest

I literally just caught a seedot on route 117 next to Mauville. So I guess that grassy patch next to Petalburg isn't the only place to catch one.

8% catch rate according to pokemondb and at the battle park if you walk into a tent far right of the entrance and watch tv the news will tell you that seed it has been spotted on route 102.

I found seedot when I was still starting up, I didn't catch it cause I was leveling up my mudkip.Now that I defeated the elite four and the champion I just want to atleast complete the Pokedex but I just need seedot
