Not really sure why they’re only collecting the first six issues. The twelve issues together would make one hell of a collection (even if the price goes up). I still have the original issues from DC/Helix.

I love these Michael Moorcock Library books. I hope Titan Comics will eventually collect the Hawkmoon comics that 1st Comics originally adapted ( The Jewel In The Skull The Mad God's Amulet, The Sword Of The Dawn, and The Runestaff). Titan has done an outstanding job of reprinting those other older publishers in these hard cover editions. I am glad to see those Walt Simonson Elric books getting a hard cover collection. I have always enjoyed Simonson's take on Elric almost as much as P. Craig Russell.

I first hear about Elric when I saw him in one of the early Conan OMY Omnis. Love to see some rare Walt Simonson art is being released with these volumes!

These books are not new. They were published in 1997 by Helix/DC.

All the Michael Moorcock Library series are reprints. Titan also does some new Elric books by Julian Blondel, but they have a different series name.
