Scooters are super worth it if you're into snorkeling or freediving, it can make it WAY easier to extend your breath holds into the 3m region and see a lot underwater without scuba and decrease your surface recovery

You can find knock off versions of these for like $100-200 online but I don’t know that I’d trust them enough to take them anywhere but a bathtub, but I have thought about buying 4 of them, a scuba mask with a tank, and just cruising around lakes and oceans like a superhero, I’d be a 100% effective hero too since there’s no crime underwater

I mean I have a friend who likes cave diving and deep sea exploration and in his words without an actual underwater scooter he just wouldn't have enough time to explore and reach back on surface. These are super useful and price is justified looking how much investment it requires for scuba gears and tanks.
