Pwede ba kht ndi na i uncheck un high operated file ? Bgo ilabas sa cmd?

Working, pero pag sinearch mo na yung specific file or folder sa search bar, lalabas at lalabas yung mga files mo at pwede i-locate yung file. So basically nonsese ang paghihidden. Is there a way kaya para ma-hide yung folder/ files sa pagsearch? Triny ko ung indexing option method pero di lumalabas yung hard drive ko. Pahelp
