I made 'Arancini', one of the representative dishes of Italy.
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!
You can enjoy it more deliciously if you eat it with arabiata sauce.

[Ingredients]
3 servings of rice
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
some carrots
8 slices of bacon (68g)
50g mozzarella cheese
a little olive oil
a little salt
a little pepper
some arrabiata sauce
2 eggs
some flour
some breadcrumbs
some cooking oil

These are not considered Arancini rice balls!! But they’re still amazing!! Arancini rice balls consist of cheese, or a Ragu in the middle. And also, it is made with risotto!!!
The rice isn’t mixed with all the other ingredients ❤
