You were actually always able to slide with defab pads out. You can also slide with heal beam. If you have auto sprint on with no delay, it’s very easy to do. Makes for crazy movement during mid fights. Reminiscent of Lucio from OW.

the claw is great to counter the dual swords from meds too, it stops them from deflecting when in the stun animation, enough to end their misery

For the bow just witch to a gadget and back to cancel the weapon draw, its much faster than using meele
