Are you wanting to spotlight a specific persons video as the “main” video feed in a Zoom meeting? With the Spotlight feature in Zoom, you’re given the option to select up to two participants videos and pin it to everyone else’s screen with spotlighting. This can be extremely useful if people forget to unmute themselves during a meeting or if you’re an instructor who wishes to be “full screen” on all of your students screens. In this video, Adam will walk you through the differences between “pinning” and “spotlighting” in Zoom.

Thanks man> today I came to watch your videos about Zoom. They are great and took me to new level. You discussed things I did not know much about .

You didn't mention if the spotlight feature was only available to the host or not. I'm assuming yes, because I don't imagine we want random participants taking control of everyone else's session, but I don't like to assume things. Clarification would be good.

Ok, I want myself to be in the spotlight as the teacher, but I do not need to see myself. I (!) want to see my students, ideally in large whoever is speaking; I know that I can hide myself from myself. Am I still the spotlight for the rest? What will I see on my screen?
