Note: I don't find PT's before the 60s particularly useful for authentic diagnostics because they are a little outdated. HOWEVER, I have found them useful for casual drilling and as section substitutes for the "fake" 5th section on the LSAT when simulating testing conditions at home.

As someone who just scored a 175 on the January 2022 LSAT, I second the 7Sage recommendation. It is an absolute life saver and all I ever needed. It's important to note that not every idea and method was useful to me though. Everyone has a different way of thinking and learning. At the end of the day, you are trying to get the best score possible and you are the only one who is taking the test. If a concept doesn't feel efficient or comfortable, just drop it and come up with your own way that works best for you. I think a big reason why people struggle is that they are trying to take the test how someone else would take it, rather than how they would. My study process involved a lot of soul searching to find out what kind of person I am and how this person would score well on the LSAT. I didn't ever need to write out lawgic or low resolution summaries, but the curriculum ultimately helped me with understanding the fundamentals of the test. If I didn't first have that background information, I never would have scored above my 151 diagnostic.

As someone with ADHD, I had a really hard time with 7sage because explaining the points turned out to 5 into 10 minute rambles for one question. Thats a lot when you only have a certain amount of time to answer the question. I kept trying to figure out when there was a point in a 20 minute video going over 4 questions and it felt like studying took forever and made me more fatigued. I like a lot of the newer stuff they're doing but wont revisit. I do appreciate that they did break down the fundamentals well.

The LSAT trainer on Khan Academy is shutting down and going behind a paywall on LSAC. Absolutely frustrating to put knowledge and practice behind a paywall when it was already a free source for many years that got people into Law School. Really sad about the news and all of these educational materials becoming profit-based makes me really frustrated. Thanks for sharing this video despite the second resource no longer being available in June 2024

It is so rare for a HLS student to go through the entire process so thoroughly and patiently, it is so kind of you! I know that law school is very stressful. Good luck and hope to be alumni with you in the future!😘

You are better than the other influencers on this. You are clear, concise and you show us exactly how you do it. That is truly the way to get inspired! I am just getting started on my journey but I feel confident so far.

Your videos have by far been the single best advice videos regarding the LSAT in all regards. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I’m sure you made a great teacher & your students probably loved you. It’s very evident that you care tremendously about educating others & seeing people succeed because you did not need to share this info. You have inspired many of us on YouTube. Shows a lot about your character. I love that.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this video!!! You videos are so good! You give people the information people really need, instead of selling a single study program.

This was great information, thank you very much.
The detail oriented option, the heavy self-starter option, and the diagnostic option all serve their purpose. Giving an option for all of those really helped.

Great advice! The only thing I would add is that it's important to remember that Khan Academy pulls its study questions from recent practice tests. So be careful if you plan on taking the PT's.

In reviewing your video how you scored 175, I was immediately aware of how important your suggestions on blind review were in the order of proper preparation. I also found you links on the subject equally helpful and thank you for upping the potential my prep strategy. Based on your recommendations I also have a new regard for Khan and 7Stage. I've recently obtained the LSAT Trainer and quite agree on its worth. Again, thank you for sharing.
