This Google Photos Feature is Super Underrated!

Google Photos on Android and iPhone and the Photos app on iPhone and a lot of Gallery apps on Android have a caption feature that's super useful and super unknown. This lets you add captions for important documents, IDs, memories and then search for it easily.

Search works only if you backup your photos, otherwise it's useless. Would have loved it to be otherwise.

I only came to know about this a couple of months ago and have been labelling photos ever since. So useful when you have to look up a specific photo.

Samsung gallery app also has similar feature too as # and can add multiple to any photo and can find it at ease. and it also has a setting which once enabled whenever you take a screenshot # option appears u can tap and instantly add a tag. It just organizes the screenshots mess💀

Captions is also present in Samsung gallery.
There It's called 'Tags'🎉

I've never seen Google promoting this feature anywhere. Not even in the features showcase that sometimes show up on Google photos or Android. I think that's the reason very few people know about it

You don't even need to type in caption
It can directly be searched ❤❤

you can search anything in Google photos like beach or mountain or even like specific color it will show all related pics
