Les faltó la comida del norte (Piura, Tumbes, Trujillo, Chiclayo y Lambayeque), algo más de nuestra sierra (Huaraz, Ayacucho, Huancavelica), obviaron Arequipa (no tiene solamente el rocoto relleno) y Chincha con su sopa seca y carapulcra chinchana o "manchapecho", y les falta la comida de la selva, donde he comido cosas alucinantes de ricas. Realmente, Perú es un paraíso para los glotones como yo.
