France biggest flea market - the Braderie de Lille | My Parisian Life

We took a few days and went up to the north of France to stay with family, see friends but most importantly partake in the biggest flea market even in France - the Braderie de Lille happens every first weekend in September. I was so excited to be there wandering around and taking in the vibes, but I also left with a few plates, a dress, some paintings, and a yearning for next year! We ate a lot of Moules Frites as is customary during this time and a big fave in the north of France.

To get to Lille is just 1 hour on the train from Paris and tickets are super cheap if you book in advance.

It was like a massive street festival with food, music, and antiques.
