Bloomberg Green: The Youth Climate Movement

Apr.16 -- With rising sea levels, polluted cities and forest fires tearing through the West Coast and Amazon, the full impact of climate change won't be felt for generations to come. That's why some young people are taking their future into their own hands.

Greta Thunberg started a movement in 2018 when she began her climate strikes. From Alexandra Villasenor in the US, to Elizabeth Wathuti in Kenya, Licypriya Kanjugam in India, and hundreds of others... We speak to some of these young activists fighting for change in their own neighborhoods and the world.

We don't need a bunch of "youth" that have no idea how the real world actually works complaining about Climate, it's not like all those that went before them aren't aware of what is going on. What we need is intelligent people to take a pragmatic approach to solving issues and being backed up by this "youth" and helped so solve those problems. Protesting means nothing other then making noise.

I remember when I was younger and watched "An Inconvenient Truth" 2006 and thought I was so smart and that the world was going to end, looking back I was just an dumb, impressionable kid.

My public school education told me the rain forests would be gone by 2020. That was 1996. I tried to educate and warm my parents about this and THEY WERE RIGHT TO ROLL THEIR EYES. I see the ignorance in young people today and am saddened. I fell for it too. They are innocent. The guilty are the adult liars who claim to be scientific while refraining from scientific debate. Historians will patiently roll their eyes.

You know, We are finally getting people to talk about going green. FYI since 1990', James and Company (jamesandcompany.com) has helped reclaim and recycle, over 37, 000, 000 bf of wood. This wood that normally would go to a landfill, was carefully dismantled for our old factories, warehouses, barns, bridges, etc. But due to the work of myself, Donnie James, and several others, we have recycled close to 300 million bf of wood from North America, Australia, the UK, and a few other countries We have saved the development of several landfills, and also saved over 193, 000 trees. These trees, that were saved, have sequestered over 14, 127, 600 lbs of Co2. WE have helped to supply oxygen to over 2 million people per year, due to the recycling of these old growth timbers. Facts used from (Science Focus). So, when you buy floorings, wall materials, ceilings and timbers, you are helping to insure your children and their children, with clean air and Oxygen. There is roughly 16 long standing, reputable companies in North America, that recycle wood for reuse as floorings, stair parts, timbers and trusses . etc, for homes, hotels, businesses etc. Please remember us when you need to purchase woods (hopefully reclaimed) for your projects. Young people and their actions are inspiring. They can not be ignored. We need Climate Action Now.
Financial institutions, banks, pension funds, universities and insurance companies need to divest from fossil fuels. ESG investing is growing.

Likewise, humans have two elements.
We must realize that we all have both left and right elements
=Solidarity and Self reliance
No one has only one element.

so 'Sum' derived from 'two poles', (thesis, antithesis, synthesis)
To develop intellect and ethics by harmonizing the two,
It is good to realize it and balance it properly

But A few people polarized the crowd(political partisanship)
without balancing themselves.
And They stole only the sum, only the synthesis from the triangle composition.

The problem with kids is that they don't understand how the economy works, you get rid of the climate causing jobs, and then those people don't have jobs to eat. Not as easy as they think.

Older adults look to the past and project it forward expecting things to stay the same.

The Earth do not need People at all. All those environment movements are based on egoistic human kind position. For the Earth it is relevant whether temparature is higher or lower whether sea level is higher or lower. Whether People use diesel engine or electric ones. It is important for us, for People not for the Earth. THUS, what they propose is modification of well known idea of exploration of the Earth by The human kind.
