Phasma's armour according to the visual dictionary if i remember right, but the armour itself is made from palpatines personal naboo shuttle, the plating of that shuttle was built to reflect blaster bolts upto certain levels, so hand blasters and low power rifles will bounce off, high power will dent and knock her back, and then vehicle blaster would still penetrate
