Quick and Easy Venison cabbage roll Recipe Part 1

First time fixing Venison meat with my sister in law. Deer meat cabbage rolls.
4LB Ground venison
1 Medium size Onion, finely chopped
2 TSP finely chopped Garlic (Important for covering gamey meat)
1 or 2 carrots finely chopped
Ground pepper
2 TSP of sea salt
1 TBSP of sesame oil
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 or 2 large head of cabbage
