Export the Azure, Chat GPT, Revit, Plant 3D, Civil 3D, Inventor, ENGI file of the Building or Refinery to Excel, prepare Budget 1 and export it to COBRA. Prepare Budget 2 and export it to Microsoft Project. Solve the problems of Overallocated Resources, Planning Problems, prepare the Budget 3 with which the construction of the Building or the Refinery is going to be quoted.

I don't care about the name part, too much, but I do want it back in D.C. where it belongs! It's not the Maryland Redskins, it's the Washington Redskins! My biggest thing is the location. I'm completely against RFK, and I think it's washed up. I feel like Poplar Point is the best location in D.C. except for the acres, which RFK has. Poplar Point is the best location in every category except acres! If they could magically find more space, like maybe taking some of Anacostia Park which is next door, and maybe demolishing that new apartment building that's being built right next to the park, then maybe this would be the best spot in every category. Those who know where Poplar Point is and know what's around it and not around it know that this would be the best option. However, most people have no clue where Poplar Point is, although they likely see it and ride past it every single day, lol! RFK needs to be turned into a big mall, as well as whatever else, in my opinion! It's just a bad spot for a stadium, especially getting to it. You can't even get to it from the water if you're coming from southwest of RFK, which is where the majority of the people who would catch a ferry would be coming from, which are Virginia people. Not to mention that keeping Virginia drivers off our streets would be the best thing. Virginia drivers equal accidents and road rage, and everybody knows it, lol! Nonetheless, if they had made the decision to bring the stadium back to D.C., a long time ago, they could have put it directly in front of the new South Capitol street bridge and built one big roundabout around the new stadium and then over to the new bridge, instead of two big roundabouts.. All the procrastination is the problem! My point is that it would have been much more space than just the existing Poplar Point area. I mean, they can always redesign everything that I just mentioned and still build the stadium right there. They'll have all of that space and the space from Poplar Point to work with! A new stadium would look so much better right here with the new bridge, the river, and be visible from the freeway since it's more of an open space. Not to mention that it'll be right across from the other two stadiums. If ya don't believe me, come over here and look to see for yaself!

Walmart billionaire builds city in southwest where city owns all land “but private parties can build and sell the properties” sounds like a scam if I’ve ever heard one
