Знакомая история, несколько лет назад точно так же я попал на свой воблер.
Хорошо со мной был напарник, он довольно меня на лодке до берега, потом ещё 20 километров на машине до больницы. Там хирург вытащил крючок воблера, забинтовал и мы опять уехали дальше рыбачить.
С тех пор я стараюсь на рыбалке соблюдать осторожность.

Was in the same situation as you, just instead it got stuck in the upper portion of my thumb and nail. Super painful to get it out even when it was numbed with 3 shots in the same area

Just this past week had one stuck in my stomach after a bass shook it all the way to the bend. Had to surgically remove it. I feel your pain!

I got the same lure but different color stuck in my thumb. I now have insane respect for fish that are able to shake out hooks past barb.

Ouch!! 😣 Been there with a mole cricket soft fly in the side of my thumb. Went past the barb. Had to have it cut out.

Same thing happened to me the other day with the same lure! I wasn’t even fishing in fact I was just messing around with my lure and it got caught in my sheets. During the removal it slipped into my hand. Spent this morning at the clinic and fortunately they got it out

I've done that 4x times now. Learned the slingshot twchnique to get it out after the first. Now its barely an inconvenience, still hurts though.
