Excel: Capitalize First Letter of Each Word in a Cell

In this video I demonstrate how to capitalise the first letter of each word in a cell. This might be useful where you have first name, last name in a cell and you need to correct case.

The first method I demonstrate uses Flash Fill - a feature that appears in more recent versions of Excel. The second method I demonstrate uses the PROPER function which is available in all versions of Excel.

Is there any way to do this with only using 1 column and have the proper function work after you've typed in the word to capitalize the first letter?

Can you do this if there are numbers in the cell? For Example A123, b123, c123, D123? and you need to capitalise them?

I like the proper method but after I Completed that task I deleted the column no longer needed but then it deleted the column that I was entering in the new proper formula.
