As much as Michael is my favourite of the trio I do have to admit that IF Trevor wasn’t such a loyal type of friend and IF he didn’t actually genuinely care about Michael and his family, then he could easily have killed Michael at every opportunity. But because deep down T does care about M despite being justifiably angry & hurt by the betrayal in North Yankton, is the reason he spares Michael... especially during the Wrap Up (where T has the perfect opportunity to snipe Michael, instead decides to help & protect him from the onslaught of different factions fighting throughout the Kortz Centre) and is also angry at Franklin if he chooses to kill Michael in the end.
