Tbf Michael isn't really scared of Trevor because he's actually scared of him. He's scared of what he'll do to his family which is sad because Trevor just wants someone to accompany him. I'm sure he never thought of hurting Michael's family to the point that one of the main reasons he didn't kill Michael and even saved him even after finding out Michael betrayed him was because he thought the kids would be sad
