Serious question because I'm English and we don't do it over here - why does a celebrity telling you who they think you should vote for make any difference whatsoever over there in America? Are a lot of voters there THAT easily led? Here in the UK, most people would have enough intelligence to know that when somebody from the elite class is trying to get you to do something, it's because it will benefit THEM and not you so they should be ignored.

I'm from the UK and love following American politics. I know i would be a democrat (more of a central democrat) but I have to say i really do like Chris Christie. He is well spoken, grounded and I'm surprised more people didn't vote for him when he was campaigning.
