I think you got the maths wrong, you chose his all time views and applied it to last year earnings so therefore CPM is unrealistically low!

I think you mean RPM, not CPM. CPM =Amount of money advertisers paid. RPM = Amount of revenue creator made. Note: YouTube cut 45% of 100% revenue while creator makes 55%. Anyway, ur explanation is great!

I have two channels, this one I build my line of gold prospecting equipment, shop videos, , product test and adventures, , its a small niche.
I just started a new fixer/ maker channel.
"Frugal Fixer Spike" Where I do cnc, 3d printing, thermoforming repairing cars, rv's. Which way should I focus? Or should I niche down the Fixer channel? The 8 year old grandkids, want me to do "Papa Spike teaches prospecting" and teach them on it.
