I was moved to another area of the building I work in for a few days of the past few weeks, and even though the work was actually physically less work and I didn't have any negative experiences, those were some of the most taxing days I've had in the last few months 😐

I have ADHD and am massively impacted by this. It can be very upsetting to me. Like erasing a map because of one building.

Ive parked on a certian street at the beach for years...forever! They just put up no parking signs in the neighborhood. I get why. I now have to ride my bike over there or struggle with parking. Plus like you said the senory impact of being at a new beach entrance (since where I used to park was a bit farther away but used to be easy parking). Also, I now have the vacation vibe from where I go now and it feels good and I run into nice humans more often. Still I notice the significance in the landmark changes since I dont park there anymore.

i’ve watched more than a few of your videos and i always wonder if you talk more about your experiences, interaction, day-to-day dealings and the such…or you actually quoting official research. honestly sounds like there your personal experiences and personality and you’re solely attributing to autism…
