Thank you so much for your advice. This has really helped me. I was going to put a hose on the outlet, and put a cap on the other end of the hose. Then I was going to remove the cap, and let the tub water go into the lawn. I didn't know they had replacement parts for this issue. Thank you again for your help, much appreciated!!!

Seldom do I leave a comment like this but this guy is the most knowledgeable, enthusiastic, gut making videos on YouTube. He must really run a great business and considering his comments in the beginning you can tell he is compassionate as well. Thanks for your advice.

Hot tub Brian is very knowledgeable and a very nice looking guy. Bought a Nordic LS six seater (Witch includes a lounger). Great/solid warranty.Excellent craftsmanship. Readily available components. Locally serviced. I feel really good about our tub over the short / long haul.

This guy Brian could be charging for this information, be Grateful for his time/effort in providing us this pertinent knowledge. If I lived in Atlanta or in the immediate area I would be purchasing a hot tub from"Atlanta Hot Tub Center!"

This is good info. Especially testing ohms of sensors 1 and 2.

So I have a new to me hot tub and the problem I have is not heat and now no jets. My jets were working however after moving the unit to the new location I have now lost jets. I can hear the relay click and also the fuses seem to be fine but no jets. I have unplugged the plugs for the jets and moved to a spot that has power and they seem to work fine however the pole they are plugged into that would power them with the button seems to never get power in which would allow the jets to work. Any ideas? balboa es1500

I have an older hot tub. Whenever I ask I get the "let me sale you a new one" answer. I have a 2006 voyager rigid side portable hot tub. Do you have anything on replacing the panel and heater with a newer version?

Great video! I have a 7 year old hot tub. The motor is quiet and appears to be circulating the water as it should. The problem I am having is the motor is getting super hot on the case and the exit air that has cooled the pump is too hot to leave your hand in front of it. The pump case is getting up to 185 degrees when running and over 235 after stopping. Will the pump go bad without the bearings going bad? Could a voltage problem be my issue like one of the hot leads not making good contact? Thanks for your help. Again, great video, Larry

Brian Great video. I have a Kohler tub.
Just replaced a noisy non turning jet pump with a new 1.5 HP whirlpool pump 321JF10-1150 . The wet end is quiet and jets work fine but the motor is getting hot!! Too hot to touch for 1/2 second. Smells like hot plastic.
What could be the issue. ?

Hey great video.
Could you possibly help me please?

I have a two week old inflatable tub. Its a clever spa, the error code thats showing is related to a filter issue but there is no filter issue. Ive tried a new one, ive tried blasting the system to clean it out. I've tried everything i can think of but the filter and heating sustem are not firing at all. Ive called and called but get no response from the company and ive sent am email but nothing. I think it might be a sensor issue because it keeps flashing up different temperature errors before it starts beeping. It told me it was 41, 42, 43, 45, 45 ( I'm in england. It was definitely not that hot ) then went off and started beeping when i was running cold water through it.

It was a gift for my sons birthday. He has sensory processing disorder and it is like a sensory deprivation thing for him. Hes really upset that i cant get it working. :(

Is there anything I can do? Please?

Should I drain and start over. Mine is a 2003 jacuzzi 340 with foot jets. It’s never done this before (Watchdog Error message) usually self resolves in 30m. Never had a problem it’s connected to an individual breaker which runs into the main breaker in the house. What do you suggest?? Thanks for the great content 😊

Hey great video, but still no heat in my hot tub? I have a 2008 Caldera Utopia. I have electrical experience (not on hot tubs)and this is what I see. My heater element Ohms 14. There is 240V going to the element. The heater pump is working. When I pull a lead off of the pump pressure sensor my 240V to the element goes away. When I put the lead back on the sensor my 240V comes on.
So, my training tells me that it's the element, but it does Ohm correctly? Am I missing something? Thanks

Hello! I have a Balboa panel.
Back lights do turn on but I have no image on display. This panel is from 90s. Could it have served its useful life? Do i must replace the panel?

Hello Brian, my pump sticks and i have to tap it to get it to turn the jets on. Is this something i can change on the pump myself or should i just buy a new pump?

I have a coast spa, I changed the water today and when I started it back up the hot tub got up to temperature. The pump though has not shut off since reaching temperature. The heater turns off once it reaches temperature but the the tub still says range up. Any idea what this might be?!

We have a Lifesmart Bermuda deluxe hot tub, purchased new in early 2017. The problem is: the temperature is set for 103 degrees. The tub temp rises to 107 degrees, and goes into "OH" (overheat) mode. We get this mode on the control panel. The hot tub shuts off at this point. Currently, we are taking hot water OUT and putting cold water IN to reduce the temperature . We have to do this 2 or 3 times a week. Any suggestions ??? TY !!
