Pass like you mean it?

Two different scenarios of drivers from Schneider and Mesilla Valley attempting to pass when you don't leave enough fuel in the tank to do. Granted these are governed trucks but come on drivers, are you gaining much at that moment affecting others in the process? Isn't there a better time? Many truck drivers won't slow down when needed.
