For everyone that doesn’t know what happened, she got a text saying that her grandma passed away, so she got sad about it and she was heartbroken

It’s so sad and so hard to see how her heart broke right then and there seeing that message about her grandma that’s terrible and I know the feeling that nobody ever should have to go through. I had that same thing but with my grandpa I still miss him every day dearly.

Ok so I’ve figured it out:
The man did nothing to make her sad (which is what I originally thought) and she looked at her phone, and saw bad news that her grandma passed.
