It can`t be Norman because Ratha said Norman is slowly dying of a severe terminal illness and wants Connors to speed up his research for a cure . Thus, Norman is most likely bedridden at this point in time . Also, the " Man In Shadows " has superpowers already and Norman doesn`t as of yet in this Continuity . It seems fair to say this time they`ll actually go with the Green Goblin Healing Factor angle unlike the 2002 Film .
