Are you ready for a comeback that reigns supreme? Gibson is thrilled to announce the revival of the legendary Les Paul Supreme guitars for 2023. The new Gibson Supreme guitars boast a refreshed feature set, making it a contender for best electric guitar of 2024 and beyond.

The new Gibson Les Paul Supreme guitars feature a beautiful AAA-figured maple top on a mahogany body with Ultra-Modern Weight Relief to ensure a full-bodied, rich tonality as well as a lighter feel when holding it, ensuring those longer playing sessions are as enjoyable as can be. The mahogany neck has an ebony fretboard with a compound radius and Super Split Block mother-of-pearl inlays. The neck has a Modern Contoured Heel for exceptional upper fret access so that you can shred on the higher registers with ease, and the headstock is adorned with a striking new mother-of-pearl inlay inspired by a design from the 1940s that was discovered in the Gibson archives, instantly making it a guitar for the collectors out there. The Les Paul Supreme guitars all feature Burstbucker Pro and Burstbucker Pro + pickups, which are paired with push/pull Volume and Tone potentiometers for flexible coil tap, phase, and Pure Bypass switching, making the Supreme series Les Paul’s some of the best electric guitars for those who need multiple sounds at their disposal. I bought one at Sweetwater this AM. People can say this isn't as good as the old ones, but I think it's better. Slim neck, Neck heel carve, Ebony board, locking tuners, Gold hardware and a flame top? This is EXACTLY what I wanted in a Gibson right now. Getting the cool inlays are just a bonus. This is what we need to see in a modern Gibson. Good job you guys!

I got my trans-black yesterday. What a stunning guitar! The headstock looks cool, and stands out more than the LP Custom inlay for sure. The neck taper is smaller than the original Supreme, and the neck itself is slim with a bit more roundness to it. Mine weighs 7lbs 11oz, which for me is a dream. The tone options are endless, and the burstbuckers sound great on their own. Just a great guitar, and while it .ay not be a traditional Supreme, they are both great to play in their own right.

One of the Nicest LP's I've seen. after 35 years of playing guitar and never owning a LP I'm seriously considering this one. Now If Gibson could just create a nice LPC with modern build quality and features like this Supreme that has that Randy Rhoads (Classic Vintage Cream White)
vibe but without the Randy Rhoads name to drive up the cost I'd be in

It seems like this is similar to the SG Modern, but in a super fancy LP. So glad to see the supreme series back. I'll be scrimping for a Fireburst. So good!!

I bought one in 2008, but back then it was called a "Les Paul Custom Classic". It was nowhere as expensive as this one and it didn't have the cutaway on the heel.
