Join us for a day of fertilizing hay! A majority of our summer is spent chopping hay for dairy farms in our area, and to make sure we have quality hay we need to fertilize it at least once a year. Hop in the roegator with us and learn how it's done!

Thanks for following along on our farming and tractor pulling journey! We appreciate our growing community and love sharing our lives with you. As always, let us know in the comments what questions you have or what you'd like to see!

Great ALL-AROUND channel and content 👍. Pot ash is a fertilizer that allows other fertilizers to effectively, more efficiently do their job in boosting crop health and growth.

Potassium helps improve both the uptake of nitrogen from the soil, and the conversion of nitrogen in the plant to amino acids and ultimately protein. Maintaining adequate potassium levels is therefore very important for maximising the use of nitrogen within the plant.

Spraying potash replenishes the potassium in the soil.

Potash is not a true fertilier. it is a mineral and is a form of potassium, a nutrient necessary for plant growth.
