This is recent right? Because if it’s is, this is the very reason Seer rework should not have made him this good. Just because a rework is an overall nerf, does not mean the character is not better. The slow is outrageous, he is basically a more reliable Revenant when it comes to the tactical and, and he seems to be a much better option after the rework (not a good thing)
