Steel Will Tenet review 2019

New review method starting this review. I'm doing a point system to grade nine different areas, edge retention, ease of sharpening, fit and finish, internals, in hand, functionality, overall design, in pocket and price. Left me know what you think of the new system.

Thanks for the video Justin. Man did that beard grow back fast. I do like the blade shape and the OD green scales, but that's about it. I wanted to like this knife, but unfortunately I didn't keep it.

Nice format for the review! The Piercer has awesome jimping. Those liners are a bit thin for a more tactical blade. I haven't released my review yet but I know I mentioned it. I love the Tenet but the Piercer just sees way more pocket time because it has that look that a couple of my co-workers absolutely hate. Lol

Overall Steel Will does good..as you noted, not perfect, but I really like a lot of their designs. This is one I've been thinking about, just haven't gotten around to buying it yet.

Not sure if ease of sharpening should be a category though, depending on the sharpening method used it is to subjective, D2 breeze on diamonds for me.
You also mentioned at the end good edge retention would result in difficult re-sharpening but on a steel like S35VN I am also not sure :P

Pretty decent review but I thought you beat the liner thing a little too hard. The point was made but it seemed you gave it too much attention. Just my opinion. A numerical rating system if applied with a repeatability factor is a good thing, thumbs up. Keep em coming thx, Furbs.

Dig the new scoring system. I’m a big fan of the Tenet. I just have one question. Isn’t it a little cold to be wearing your daisy dukes already? Haha just messing.
