Ive followed the instructions, however, when I go to move the text (command t) it ends up just putting a different part of the photo within the text. Where have I gone wrong?

When you drag that skyline layer onto the canvas it Zooms in drastically. I cannot find any way to zoom the image back out. I can change the image size but it doesn't zoom anything out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
