Beef Stew on the Campfire

Beef Stew Recipe:
2 cups water
4 cups beef broth
4 cups of red potatoes
2 cup of carrots
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic

Mix altogether and cook over campfire for 1 hour, until carrots and potatoes are tender.
