I went to Osho Ashram, Pune and the dynamic meditation under the glass pyramid was exhilarating. I was full of bliss, freedom and a sense of releif. I had a feeling in that moment that problems in my life were of no consequence to my being, it was a useless worrying about nothing for lives n lives. I wish I could capture that moment for my entire life (perhaps this is what the sages call enlightenment!?).
