Jay what can I say.... if only we had a team of the likes of him, we wouldn't have found ourselves in League One next season.

A proper pro, with a very mature head on those young shoulders.

His Dad will be looking down as proud as can be.

Thank you for all that you did, Jay. Without a doubt, my favourite player down the Blues for some time. A proper Bluenose. You might always be a Red because of your Exeter roots, but you will always be a Blue too for what you did and achieved in a quite remarkable individual first season in the Championship.

I'm gutted that we got relegated for so many different reasons but not being able to try and sign you on a permanent basis or, at the very least, another season on loan was right up there.

All the best in your future career, and I really do hope that we see you wearing the royal blue again one day and banging in the goals again!
