I’m so so happy that you mention it as a storm, because this is exactly the info I was getting from spirit the other day. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling extreme anxiety and horrible head congestion and took some time out for meditation. In the meditation I remembered some of the Buddhist teaching imagery that helped me a few years ago when I was going through a particularly challenging dark night of the soul period. I imagined myself as a tree with deep deep roots into the earth. I moved my awareness from the metal mind in the head, the chatter and anxiety, down into my stomach while deep breathing, seeing this area as the trunk of the tree. Even in the harshest storms, the tree with deep roots is able to weather the storm. I used the mantra “I am in a storm, but I have weathered worse” over and over and it really did help me! Wishing everyone peace! Remember, we are all Interconnected, we are all Earth Citizens! ✌️🌎🌏🌍☮️🕊

It always cracks me up when Lee says "even if it's just taking 10 minutes out of your day" when he's talking about self-care. I don't know if this is just happening for people on shamanic paths or what the deal is... but it's more like 6-8 hours/day at the moment. It feels like anything short of being fully in my power and fully in my heart is deeply uncomfortable right now. It's like I have a very limited timeline to step into my power, and while the initiations are gentle and peaceful, they are time-consuming and daily. Every single day is a mini-rebirth. So much fire energy!

I have PTSD, and had therapy and learned to live with it. But GEEEEZ, now I know why things I made peace with have been popping up. And I had to cut important people out of my life to stay safe and take care of my family. The wounds throw me off too much!
