2 chicken breasts
Fajita seasoning: 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp white pepper (use half of this in the chicken and half in the sauce)
Add 1/4 tsp salt to the chicken
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 peppers
100g mushrooms
1 tsp chicken seasoning (to boil pasta)
400g wholewheat penne
1 tbsp cream cheese (Philadelphia)
60g mild cheddar cheese
80ml pasta water
