As a guy who has actually been stabbed by a hot nail, it's not as bad as you think. If you pulled out quickly it burns for a hot minute and it will hurt for quite a minute. But get some Neosporin and a band-aid drive yourself to the hospital. You'll be fine with him. I'm a say an hour as long as it ain't got rust and s*** on it you'll be absolutely fine and if it does you'll still be fine. You just have to get a tetanus shot too
