Shunting with Cardene is huge in my experience! I am surprised how many people have never heard of the correlation and how many pts I’ve encountered that have had their presumed “natural” hypoxia remedied by lowering Cardene rate or simply switching out medication all together! I think there is quite a bit of confusion by providers and nurses alike on the direct mechanism of action for this phenomena. Do you have any info on this Eddie? Thanks for all your work!
