You know its poetic that Aaravos would kill Karim in the same place he killed his sister Khessa even more so when you consider it happened because he, much like his sister, was to blinded by prided to realized the danger they were in.

Y'know what made me laugh this season?

It was when Aaravos wiped his hand on his shirt

That was one of the most satisfying, least dramatic and extreme hilarious death scene of an antagonist I have ever seen in fiction.

Aaravos is just holding him in his palm smiling and simply crushing him by closing it during his prideful dramatic annoying speech.

The fact that Aaravos killed Karim in such a nonchalant way made the scene all that more humorous.

Great Idea Karim, attempt to blackmail the 5000 year old highly intelligent startouch elf that is also a goddamn titan who can perform magic of all six Primal Sources, as well as dark magic, then preach about restoring order to a being who seeks to cause nothing but chaos before walking into his hand even though he doesn’t verbally acknowledge you. What could possibly go wrong?!

Like, Karim knew that Aaravos killed his sister 5 feet from his current position and still thought this was a good idea. Gotta respect that level of unearned confidence

Aaravos literally wiping the Karim goo off on his robes is just so flippantly aloof. I love it. It’s a small detail but really defines just how much he looks down on “lesser beings.”

Note the detail of Aaravos wiping his hand on his robe at the end of the scene. Karim died as he lived in the series' story, like a pesky insect.

Am I the only who got a little chuckle out of this? Karim is so dramatic with his speech it’s cringy, and the way Aaravos just stares and smiles throughout like he’s enjoying this little jester making an ass out of himself. 😅

I actually feel zero empathy for Karim, besides him being absolutely annoying and egomaniacal, he was pure evil. However, I felt so bad for Janai, she has lived many life-testing moments and being forced to witness the death of your brother mustn't be a good thing at all.
