Abstract Watercolours | Layering, Bright Colours and Collage

In this watercolour tutorial I run through four things you can do to keep your watercolours bright. I talk through the steps I take in this abstract watercolour painting as well as some of my decision making process along the way. When layering watercolours you have to be careful not to overdo it if you want to maintain some areas of bright colours. I paint this organic botanical like painting but hopefully you can apply some of the principles to your own style whatever that might be.
