Explanation: A guy was creeped out because he thought that he saw a face in the ambulances rear view mirror. As you can see, there is what looks to be a shadow pacing back and forth in the back of the ambulance. The part where it says he runs away wasn't from the back door of the ambulance but a cupboard door slamming open.
The guys okay, and there was someone with him. He had someone else drive the ambulance back to base.

My dad experienced something similar... But he worked for AMR a few years back and he told me a story where he was transporting a deceased person to the morgue and he seen half torso, waist up pop right up like it was sitting in the stretcher. He says that was the scariest thing hes ever witnessed
