Making onion smash burgers on my Blackstone Griddle
In my ground beef, I added my seasonings along with some chopped jalapenos and cheddar cheese.
Once my griddle was hot, I added my sliced onions, then put my seasoned ground beef on top and smashed it. I let it cook on one side and then flipped it to let the burger finish cooking.
These burgers turned out really good. The whole family enjoyed them.

I live in Oklahoma about 20 miles from where the onion burger was literally invented which is in El Reno Oklahoma. Seriously, the onion burger was invented in Oklahoma. I like your videos, but what you just now did was completely and totally and absolutely not how you make a fried onion burger. Holy moly, that was so wrong. So wrong it actually hurt to watch it
