I never knew about no white thing
The best thing to learn is just press when your enemy swings at you.
And after a while you recognize the vanish sound and the enemy characters grunting sound they make when they attack. Then you naturally start pressing on those sound ques together with the visual que of the opponent moving their arms or legs at you to hit you.
