yes he does need nerfs because he can always deal damage no matter what you build against him since he has physical, magical AND true damage all in his kit with the double crit passive and enough CC to perform an entire rotation which is just too much

Yes Yone needs nerfs.
BUT with:
-3 to 6 levels ahead of the ENTIRE ENEMY TEAM
-Shieldbow, death's dance, I.E + extra crit
- 10 kills, pushing T3 meaning he already took the first two towers
-A Thresh to back him up somewhere at the end

Almost any champion could do this. Literally. Take any non-support toplaner and he'll do excatly the same if he's not single-target focused. (that last rule excludes vayne)
