Because he can spam his spells with 0 cdr and press E to dash and run at you at mach 5000 and, as if that wasn't enough, perma dash with Q, and if even that isn't enough, he still has ult, which, btw, also happens to be an insane teamfight, engage, and cockblock tool. And he can just disengage that onesided all in in 0.5s by just going back to his mark. Basically, he can cover a full screen distance in half a second and chase you down for one more screen, statchecking you onesidedly to death, even without hitting a single Q, without a single care in the word of ever getting punished because of his unpunishable disengage. You're not safe from his all in even a full screen away, he's got no cooldowns for a window to punish, it's all rewards with no risks, strong in duels and in teamfights, strong at every stage of the game, with no real unplayable match ups, but a hell lot of excessively favourable ones. Just another 200 years champ.
