Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a new superseding indictment in the case of United States of America v. Donald J. Trump following the Supreme Court’s immunity ruling. MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell calls the Supreme Court’s decision “a product of Republican convenience.” Lawrence analyses the new edited version of Jack Smith’s original indictment.

When Woody Guthrie writes a song about a family calling out their racism, there may be an issue. I just learned that Guthrie's landlord (Fred Trump) threatened to evict him because a black guest visited his Brooklyn home. Guthrie wrote a song titled "Old Man Trump", referencing "Trump's tower, where no black folks come to roam". That family is disgusting, through and through.
