That's some pretty solid advice about sneakers from someone that makes videos wearing suits and formal clothing. Take notes sneakerheads, this guy knows his stuff.
Personally, I agree with everything. Especially rule #2 and #3.
Function over form and keep your sneakers looking good as new

The monochromatic look with the green shoes and pants will work with a black polo that may have a green logo or stripe. As long as the green is the same tone.

I’m with the crowd that feels if you’re an older say 30-35+ year old gentleman, high top sneakers probably won’t look as great. Definitely go with the boot if you like them, but the low profile sneakers pretty much work for anyone and everyone.

- just a general thing i feel - dark blue and black don't work WELL tgt. yes ppl can wear them and they won't look bad, but i think they don't look the best either. for low contrast looks, i would either opt for darker greys with black or 2 blacks or 2 dark blues instead and so on. but whenever we have a dark blue (or anything else other than grey) with black, the contrast is low and the colours are very different, which looks a little bit off in my opinion
- and yes i do agree, we need to stick to classic colours if we are going for a look with all the same colours - grey, blues, black. all green might look a bit weird

Antonio, I really like your comments. I want to let you know that green shoos and green pants can go together especially if of different tones. One thing to look for in making a "Transition" is for after image colors. knowing the color charts may be of help. When one deals with colors "proportion" is another factor, example a pair of red shoos against a orange pair of chinos . Colors create emotion and the red shoos been vibrant by comparison the chinos covering a wider aria of the body it will balance out. This way the "transition " will not be so drastic but pleasant to the eye.

Edit: I agree, green monochromatic look with sneakers _is_ trying too hard in my opinion. Not something I'd go full on with; I could maybe with a sports jacket over a polo and athletic pants with variations of the same colour...

Love what you do, well in!
The jungle green shoes + green pants go well with a solid colour top, black v-neck may be: if you are 'brave' you could accessorise with the laces, may be black laces to go with the top. That's how I'd play it.
